When you book a trial, enquire, or register, we collect the name and age of the student, a parent or guardian's name, email address, and phone number, and anything you choose to tell us in a message. When you use the site we also collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived. This comes from cookies and similar technologies. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. A parent or guardian provides all student information.

To respond to your enquiry, book and confirm classes, send you information about the programmes you asked about, run and improve our classes, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We use service providers to run the studio: our customer management system, our email and text messaging providers, our website host, our payment processor, and analytics and advertising platforms. They may only use your information to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use it only to contact you about your classes, bookings, schedule changes and studio news.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use cookies to make the site work and to understand how it is used. We also use advertising tools, including the Meta pixel and Google Analytics, which set cookies and help us measure our advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

We keep enquiry and student records for as long as you have a relationship with the studio, and afterwards only as long as we need to for legal and accounting reasons.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any email, and stop texts by replying STOP. Email us and we will action it.

We use reputable providers and restrict access to your information to people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
