Dance, acro and cheer
Empower young dancers through confidence, make new friends, have some healthy fun. Classes start at age 2 and continue through high school.





Dancers age 2 and up will begin with parents participating and transition into class on their own. Introductory creative movement, dance and tumbling with a focus on rhythm, counting, body awareness and control in a fun 30 minute class.
Dancers age 3 and up will explore creative movement and burn their energy with tumbling time each week. These littlest dancers will learn to listen and follow directions, wait their turn, and work cooperatively while having fun with music and movement in a 30 minute class.
The very basics of ballet and tap. Focus on rhythm, counting, and body awareness and control for age 4 to 6. This class meets for 30 minutes each week.
Boys only. Improve strength, coordination and flexibility while learning self discipline. Focus on strength, endurance and traditional floor tumbling skills in this 30 minute class.
A 45 minute class featuring basic ballet and tap for age 6 to 8 beginners.
Classes begin with a warm up and stretch followed by movement across the floor, and end with a short dance. Age 7 and up.
This fun class will introduce the basics of sideline cheer and dance performances. Strong, sharp movements and big smiles are key.
Learn and perfect basic tumbling skills with a focus on safety. Every class includes time for conditioning, flexibility, building strength, limbering and tumbling. Inspirations is an Acrobatic Arts certified studio.
Basics. Forward roll to bridge. 45 minute class. Age 4 and up.
Backbend to kickover, pre back handspring. 45 minute class. Age 7 and up. Advanced classes, please call for placement.
Please contact the studio for appropriate placement for dancers with 2 or more years experience, age 7 and up. We have classes to challenge all levels of dancers. Our competition team is an excellent program for dancers who seek more performances and challenges.
Take tap if you like rhythms and sounds. Tap develops a strong sense of rhythm, coordination and agility by creating sounds with the feet.
Take ballet if you like feeling elegant and poised. Ballet develops discipline and technique that is essential to all forms of dance, as well as proper posture, placement and alignment.
Take jazz if you like to move and groove. Jazz is stylized dancing that is energetic and fun. It focuses on developing proper technique, flexibility, leaps and turns.
Take lyrical if you like to dance from your soul. Lyrical combines the technical elements of dance with feelings and emotions. It tells a story through fluid and smooth movement. Dancers must also enroll in ballet with lyrical.
Take acro if you like to tumble and stretch. Acro focuses on tumbling, cartwheels, bridges and walkovers. It focuses on flexibility, strength, balance and agility.
Take hip hop if you like trendy music and dances. Hip hop is a freestyle form of dance that stems from the roots of jazz, but incorporates modern urban movements and is performed to modern music.
Take Fun Cheer if you have spirit and energy. Fun Cheer is a form of cheerleading which incorporates sharp and precise dance movements to energetic music.
For a lighter commitment, take a few classes per week, stack classes back to back to try multiple genres, and dance recreationally. For more, join a competition team, focus on skill development and take more performance opportunities. For the most, add private instruction.
