Dance, acro and cheer policies

Membership fee is collected at the time of registration. Tuition is due on the first of each month. A credit or debit card on file will be charged on the first business day of each month for the balance due. A cash discount of 5 percent is available for payments made prior to the first of each month via cash. Split households may opt for tuition and fees to be billed separately. Physical items cannot be split.
A fee of $40 per student is due at the time of enrollment along with first month tuition. Upgraded membership levels are available. Each student will be provided an Inspirations shirt.
Monthly tuition rates are figured per family. $50 per month for one class per week. Second class, $5 discount. Additional discounts are available for more classes taken weekly. Please call for details.
There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.
Tuition, fees and costume charges are not refundable for any reason. We ask that you complete the months for which you have paid. Please notify our office before the first class of the month if you wish to withdraw.
Inspirations usually follows Savannah R3 for all weather closings, however we may open for evening classes if weather and road conditions have greatly improved by noon. Our schedule allows for two weather cancellations per class per year. Additional weather cancellations will be offered an opportunity to make up class. Inspirations reserves the right to reschedule or combine classes, provide a substitute or replacement teacher, or deliver classes via alternate method if necessary.
Classes at Inspirations are closed to observation to reduce distractions for students and teachers. Parents, families and other fans are invited to participate in classes during our VIP weeks each fall and spring.

Recitals are held at the end of each semester, in January and June, at a professional theater. Recitals are an exciting time for our dancers to show off what they have learned all year and build confidence on stage.
$60.00 per student, due October 1 for the January show and February 1 for the June show. This defers the cost of production, including venue rental, extra staff and props. The fee includes a sitting fee for a professional photo shoot and a digital download of professional videography of the show.
Costumes are rented for each show from Inspirations. Each class has one costume per show. We strongly recommend purchase of a skin tone leotard for all dancers to protect their privacy in the dressing room. Tights must be purchased from Inspirations for most classes.
$30 per class, due November 1 for the January show and March 1 for the June show. Each class will have one costume per show. The entire costume is provided with this fee, which defers the cost of purchase, organization, delivery to the theater, and cleaning.
Balance your billing by deferring your show and costume fees across all 11 months of tuition, and save. Just request even pay and we will take care of the rest.
All shows are reserved seating. If the audience member needs a seat, they need a ticket. Babies and small children that will be on a lap do not need a ticket. Students performing in the show do not need a ticket.
Appropriate attire for dance class is important for safety and effective learning. Hair should be pulled back securely, off the face. No bare tummies, jeans, skirts without leotard, long nails or jewelry. Inspirations carries a full line of dancewear and shoes and we would love to help get ready for class.
