Inspirations Fine Arts Academy is proud to offer Theatre for actors of every level.

Theatre Policies

TUITION FEES & PAYMENTS

  • Tuition rates are for the full season from August through Performance in May.  The fee is split into 10 monthly payments for your convenience. 
  • Membership Fee collected at the time of registration. Tuition is due on the first of each month.
  • A credit or debit card on file will be charged on the first business day of each month for the balance due.
  • Cash Discount of 5% is available for payments made prior to the first of each month via cash.

REGISTRATION FEE

A fee of $100 per student is due at the time of enrollment along with first month tuition.  Each student will be provided an Inspirations shirt. 

TUITION RATE

Monthly Tuition Rate is $95 per month for Two Theatre Classes Per Week (Acting & Choreography, and Vocal).

NSF PAYMENTS  There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks.

CASTING

By enrolling, each student and family acknowledges that all casting is final, and agrees to commit to the program, with enthusiasm, for the full season, regardless of casting.  Participants agree to attend all weekly rehearsals, with a maximum of three absences.  If actors are not able to perform without a script by OFF BOOK date, they may be recast.

REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWAL

The cast and directors are counting on every student to participate through the entire season for a successful show. Tuition and fees are not refundable for any reason. If you must withdraw for any reason, we ask that you notify our office as soon as possible.

WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS

Inspirations follows Savannah R3 for all weather closings.  Our schedule allows for two weather cancellations per class per year.  Additional weather cancellations will be offered an opportunity to make up class. Inspirations reserves the right to reschedule or combine classes, provide a substitute or replacement teacher, or deliver classes via alternate method if necessary.

PARENT OBSERVATION – VIP WEEK

Classes at Inspirations are closed to observation to reduce distractions for students & teachers.  Parents, families and other fans are invited to participate in classes during our VIP Weeks each Fall and Spring.

LEADS

Performers cast into lead roles will be required to schedule private vocal lessons for their solo pieces.  These are scheduled in addition to group rehearsals.  Private vocal lessons are $40 per 30 minute lesson.

SHOW WEEK

Peter Pan Jr will be performed May 9, 2026 at Scottish Rite St. Joseph. Mandatory Tech & Dress Rehearsals will be held May 4-8 at Scottish Rite.

COSTUMES

Students may be asked to create or source their show costumes.  Direction will be given with plenty of advance notice.

PHOTOS

Students will be professionally photographed twice each season.  The Fall Photo Shoot will be a headshot used for promotional purposes.  Spring Photo Shoot will be cast photos in costume.  All photos are available for purchase.

SHOW TICKETING

All shows are reserved seating. If the audience member needs a seat, they need a ticket. Babies and small children that will be on a lap do not need a ticket.  Students performing in the show do not need a ticket.

DRESS CODE  Appropriate attire for class is important for safety and effective learning.  Hair should be pulled back securely, off the face.  Comfortable athletic clothing is preferred. No bare tummies, jeans, long nails or jewelry.
