Miss Mary Ingersoll founded Inspirations in 2007 with a mission of Sharing Technique and Appreciation, Inspiring Students to love Dance and the Arts for a lifetime.
This legacy of love for the arts and positive growth in the community lives strong as hundreds of students have experience dance, music and art instruction over the years.
"I want the children in Northwest Missouri to have excellent arts instruction that enriches their lives," she says. "Dance day was the best day for my entire childhood. And I lived to be on stage performing. I love passing on my passion to my community!"

What Sets Us Apart?
Inspirations produces TWO annual shows, Winter & Spring, in a professional theatre. Every student is invited to perform. We have professional costumes, lighting, and stage direction that make our students the star of the show.
We also perform around the community including Andrew County Fair on the Square, Savannah Homecoming Parade, Moila Shriners, and more.
GIVING BACK: We are proud to support The Andrew County Food Pantry, Backpack Buddies, YoungLife, and many school PTOs .
INCLUSION: All dancers are welcome in our classes. The Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City recognized Inspirations and Miss Mary for excellence in inclusion of all children in dance classes.

PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTORS at Inspirations make our dance studio the best in the area. With years of experience, and tried and true curriculum, our dance classes are top notch.
CERTIFIED: Our tumbling classes utilize the Acrobatic Arts Curriculum. With a focus on safety, our teachers bring the very best instruction techniques to your students.
CONTINUING EDUCATION: Our staff regularly attend training and continuing education events, seeking to improve even further. Learning & improving is important for everyone at Inspirations!

Toddler Classes
TuTwo Twirl
Dancers age 2+ will begin with parents participating and transition into class on their own! Introductory creative movement, dance and tumbling with a focus on rhythm, counting, body awareness control in a fun 30 minute class.
ThreeDance
Dancers age 3+ by 8.31.23 will explore creative movement and burn their energy with tumbling time each week. These littlest dancers will learn to listen and follow directions, wait their turn, and work cooperatively while having fun with music and movement in a 30 min class.
PreK Classes
Little Dancers
The very basics of Ballet and Tap.
Focus on rhythm, counting, dexterity, body awareness and control for age 4-6.
This class meets for 30 min each week.
Superhero Training
BOYS ONLY! Improve strength, coordination and flexibility while learning self-discipline. Focus on strength, endurance and traditional floor tumbling skills in this 30 min weekly class.

Elementary Classes
Ballet & Tap Combo
A one hour class featuring basic ballet & tap for age 6-8 beginners.
Jazz
Classes begin with a warm up and stretch followed by movement across the floor, and end with a short dance. Age 7+
Mini Cheer
Shake your pom pom! This fun class will introduce the basics of sideline cheer and dance performances. Strong, sharp movements and big smiles are key!

Acrobatic Arts Certified Tumbling
Learn and perfect basic tumbling skills with a focus on safety. Every class includes time for conditioning, flexibility, building strength, limbering and tumbling. Inspirations is an Acrobatic Arts Certified Studio.
Tumbling 1
Basics. Forward Roll to Bridge. 45 min class. Age 4+
Tumbling 2
Backbend to Kickover, Pre Back Hand Spring. 45 min class. Age 7+
Advanced classes, please call for placement.
Intermediate, Advanced & Competition
Please contact the studio for appropriate placement for dancers with 2 or more years experience, age 7+. We have classes to challenge all levels of dancers. Our competition team is an excellent program for dancers who seek more performances and challenges. Our team has been very successful over the years both on and off the stage!
